LA RANDO HAS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY: UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED/ POSTMARKED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGES OR A REFUND. ONLY FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT REFUND ANY TAXES, DUTIES, CHARGES OR THE RETURN AND SHIPPING FEE. REFUNDS WILL ALSO BE SET AT THE PRICE YOU PAID AND NOT THE PRICE IN THE CURRENCY CONCERNED AT THE DATE OF REFUND. ITEMS PURCHASED AS “FINAL SALE” CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, NO EXCEPTIONS.  PROMOTIONS INCLUDING GIFT CARDS, COUPONS AND PROMO CODES, CANNOT BE APPLIED TO FINAL SALE PURCHASES.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

SEND AN EMAIL TO INFORM US OF YOUR RETURN.

PLACE THE ITEM(S) IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.

PLACE THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE RECEIPT THAT CAME WITH YOUR ORDER.

WHEN SHIPPING YOUR RETURN, MAKE SURE THE PARCEL IS SECURELY SEALED, TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE.
POST YOUR PARCEL USING ANY OF YOUR PREFERRED METHODS.
WE KINDLY ADVISE THAT THE ITEMS ON SALE FOR NO PROFIT PROJECTS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR RETURNED.

WE RECOMMEND POSTING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RETURN REQUEST AND REQUESTING PROOF OF POSTAGE TO GUARANTEE THAT WE RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS. WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. 

A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING IT AT THE WAREHOUSE. PLEASE NOTE, THE INITIAL SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

EXCHANGES

BEFORE YOUR PARCEL LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, IT IS FULLY CHECKED AND CONTROLLED BY OUR PACKING TEAM. IF AN ITEM IS CLASSIFIED AS FAULTY AND WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT WE CAN THEN OFFER ALTERNATIVES SUCH AS REPAIR OR EXCHANGES.
